This was my first visit with Dr. Pung and it truly was an amazing experience. Initially I had scheduled my husband and myself for routine cleanings but because I had a painful tooth , her staff worked diligently to find me an earlier appnt. My teeth were cleaned and I left with my tooth repaired as well . Her entire staff runs as a team ! They worked together professionally while trying to lighten each other’s load and all with great attitudes.! I was treated kindly and professionally but yet left with the feeling of belonging to a family! Thank you everyone !

Reciently I had to find a new dentist after 63 years of going to the old dental practice. At 1st I was worried but now I couldn’t have been luckier than to find Dr. Pung. We have been going to Dr Pung for quite a few years. She is wonderful, always smiling. All of the staff is wonderful also. Will try to accomodate your work schedule so that you can get in to be seen.

The Monday after Thanksgiving I had a dental emergency . Gina took my call and was able to get me in that day. I received a warm welcome when I came in and everyone treated me like a long lost friend . Dr. Pung was so kind and the cherry on top was the phone call from her to check on me. Thank you all for such immediate and kind care.

I have now been to this Dentist 3 x's since The Middle of Nov. this year. I have had nothing but Wonderful service and results. One of my friends here @ work asked for a card which will be delivered today to him.

Dr Pung is very nice had a cleaning today by Jason. He did a great job. Also had a crown put in by Dr Lam last year, he also did a great job.

Hadn't been to a dentist for longer than I care to admit. Saw Dr Pung's reviews on here and gave the office a call. They were able to get me in and handle the problem I was having. What a great atmosphere there - why did I wait so long to find this practice? Everyone is so friendly and upbeat! I now have a plan for what needs done and have no hesitation about "going to the dentist" - they were also able to help me with getting set up with a Dental Plan for discounted fees as I have no dental insurance. What a pleasure to be associated with this practice!

I love Dr. Pung and staff! They are always so happy and engaging and of course do amazing work! Savannah is so sweet and makes getting your teeth cleaned a pleasant experience! I drive about 25 minutes just to come to Dr. Pung's office and its totally worth it! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist!

One of the best experience and when I had to let them know about some of my medical issues..I have 2 types of cancer and also have seizures-they were so kind and sympathetic-it’s like being taken care of by family! I have been going to Dr.Pung for years. Dr Pung is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. As I would rather give birth than go to the dentist, she makes each and every visit a good experience. Dr Pung is very caring and gentle when it comes to her patients. Always stops when she is working on your mouth and asks if you are okay or if you need a break. Dr Pung and her staff are awesome I can’t say enough about the care they give!

Dr. Pung is the best! I had been with my former dentist for over 30 years, and when he retired, I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, our neighbors had been patients of Dr. Pung for many years, and they highly recommended her. My spouse and I have been seeing her for a couple of years now, and couldn't be more pleased. She is so professional, and yet treats us like family. In fact, my adult daughter has also started seeing Dr. Pung, and loves her, too. It's great to know that your dentist really cares about you as a person. Her staff is equally nice, and all of them are very friendly and helpful. We are really lucky to have found Dr. Pung!

My friend recommended that I come here because she loves it!! I started having some issues and they got me in within a day! I ended up having to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I was pretty nervous!! They made sure I was comfortable! And it was the best experience I've had at a dentist. They normally seem to make you feel bad. But not here!! I am 100% comfortable here!! I'll be bringing my entire family for all their dental needs!!

They do a great job explaining everything they are doing and what needs to be done. Very pleasant atmosphere would recommend to anyone. Every time I go I get right in they keep a vary good schedule, and another plus is they have a TV in every room lol.

Dr.Pung gets “10 stars” from me. Great dentist. I was recovering from back surgery a while back and she sent me a Get well card. I was truly appreciative for that very sincerely. She is an outstanding person.

I have been coming to Dr. Pung since she first came to the area on Albrecht Ave. more than 10 years ago. Now she resides just off Canton Road/91 near Springfield. She and her staff are always friendly, courteous and very helpful when dealing with insurance. She gives honest evaluations of your situation and upfront with any costs. Pleasant environment from the moment you get out of your car, to the waiting area inside and your treatment room. A courtesy reminder is given by text or phone or opt out if you choose. I would recommend her 100 %.

I used to be afraid to go to the dentist but that has changed since I found Dr. Pung and staff! Dr. Pung is so caring and gentle and doesn't just rush in and out. She spends time talking and answering any questions. Her staff is wonderful and so friendly. I had Savannah today for the 1st time and she was great. Jamie is also a favorite of mine. They have flexible hours and will fit you in if possible. I would refer anyone to this practice!
